- Phone Kerry at 021 930 5250 - Fax your order to 021 930 2844 - E-mail your order to us at email@example.com - Place the order on the website if you are registered. Please ensure that you use W&M codes and quantities for each product.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any changes to your e-mail, telephone, shipping address, vat number or change of ownership.
Once you submit your shopping cart, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. We will e-mail you a quotation within 24 hours. If you have not received anything from us within 48 hours, please phone Kerry at 021 930 5250 to enquire about your order.
We need to see your payment reflected in our bank account. Please use the customer code as reference for payment to avoid delays. Without a customer reference it is very difficult to allocate your payment. Thereafter the order is pulled, checked and dispatched via UTI Couriers within 24 hours. Courier will take 2 – 3 working days depending on the area.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a copy of the Invoice via e-mail with your DSV TRACKING Number and telephone number for the DSV call centre.
Website registration will be considered within 7 working days. Please be patient.
You cannot pay with credit card. You can do a transfer into our bank account. Please use your customer reference for payment, for example THE015
You have to make an appointment PRIOR with Linette to view the product files and see the samples in our showroom. Once you have placed the order, procedure is as follow: - Quotation will be faxed or e-mailed within 24 hours. - Once proof of payment is received and the payment reflects in our bank, your order is packed. - You will receive a copy of your Invoice as well as a collection time for your order via e-mail. IF you do not have an e-mail, Kerry will contact you.
You cannot order a product which is out of stock on the website. Please check the website on a bi-weekly basis as we receive containers regularly.
We keep back orders only by customer request.
Once you are registered, you will receive a monthly W&M NEWSLETTER. New products will be launched in the newsletter.
